Golvirezon operates in Hong Kong and delivers scheduling services for golf course facilities. By placing a booking request on our website or finalizing a slot reservation, players agree to abide by all the parameters outlined within this document.
When a player submits a request to reserve a golf course spot on our online platform, Golvirezon holds that designated player slot for a window of forty-eight hours from the initial reservation date.
To complete the reservation, the player must physically visit our registered office address at China State Bank Building, Des Voeux Rd Central, Central, Hong Kong, and pay the total amount owed within that 48-hour window. We accept all payment processes for in-person transactions. If the player does not visit our registered office and settle the total sum within 48-hours, the temporary hold on the slot expires automatically, and the spot will be released back to the general inventory without further notice.
Golvirezon provides options for players to cancel their reserved spots up until the day of the scheduled journey. The proportion of the total booking sum returned depends strictly on when the cancellation request is formally lodged:
Standard Advance Cancellation: If a player submits a cancellation notice at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled date of the game, a full refund will be issued.
Same-Day Cancellation: If a player submits a cancellation request on the date of the journey, 50% of the total paid sum will be deducted as an administrative and slot-holding charge, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the player.
Following any cancellation request, Golvirezon will contact the player to gather their official bank account details to complete the electronic funds transfer.
Processing Timeframe: Golvirezon processes and initiates the refund transfer within 24 hours of receiving the player's valid bank credentials.
Bank Posting Period: Depending on the individual's specific banking institution and processing protocols, it may take up to 7 business days for the returned funds to reflect in the recipient's bank account.
Players are required to arrive at the designated golf course at least 1 hour before the scheduled game time. This early arrival is necessary to complete mandatory venue processing, check-in checks, and equipment preparation steps.
Government Identification Requirement: All players must present valid government-issued identification upon arrival at the venue on the day of the game. Failure or refusal to produce valid government identification will result in immediate denial of course entry and will be classified as a cancelled game.
Late Arrival and No-Show Rules: If a player fails to appear at the designated course location at least one hour prior to the scheduled start, or fails to produce valid government identification, the situation will be recorded as a no-show. A no-show is classified as an immediate game cancellation. No refunds will be provided, processed, or entertained under any circumstances for no-show situations or failure to present proper government identification.
