1. Scope of Agreement and Player Obligations

Golvirezon provides scheduling and management services for golf course facilities in Hong Kong. All individuals who access our online platform, request reservations, or participate in games are referred to as players within this document.

Players agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during all interactions on our website. Using our platform for unlawful activities, illegal commercial actions, or fraudulent bookings is strictly prohibited. Players are responsible for maintaining the privacy of their personal booking references and account credentials.

2. Slot Reservation Hold and Office Payment Process

When a player books a spot through our website, that player's slot is held by us for 48 hours starting from the date of reservation. To finalize and complete the reservation process, the player must visit our registered office located at China State Bank Building, Des Voeux Rd Central, Central, Hong Kong, and pay the full amount due.

We accept all payment processes for in-person transactions. If a player does not complete the full payment at our registered office within the 48-hour window, the held slot will automatically expire and become available to other players.

3. Cancellation Policy and Refund Terms

Golvirezon allows cancellations for all reserved spots up until the day of the journey. Refund eligibility depends on when the player submits the cancellation request:

Early Cancellation: If a player cancels the reservation 24 hours before the date of the game, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Same-Day Cancellation: If a player decides to cancel their trip on the day of the journey, 50% charges will be deducted from the total sum paid, and the remainder will be refunded.

Following an eligible cancellation request, Golvirezon will ask for the bank credentials of the customer to process the return of funds. We process the funds within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request. Depending on the player's bank provider, it may take up to 7 days for the funds to reflect on the respective individual's account.

4. Course Attendance and Arrival Requirements

It is the responsibility of the customer to be present at the designated course one hour before the game for smooth processing of the remaining preparation procedure. Early arrival ensures that venue arrangements, orientation steps, and play schedules run without delay.

If a player fails to show up at the designated course at least one hour before the scheduled game time, Golvirezon will count the situation as a no show. A no show is counted as a cancelled game, and no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

5. Mandatory Government Identification Requirements

All players must carry valid government identification with them during the day of the game. Presenting valid official identification at the course venue is a mandatory step before entry to the field is permitted. Failure to show valid government identification upon arrival will be counted as a cancelled game, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Customer Assistance and Live Contact Channels

Players can reach us for any type of queries through our live website options or directly by email at golf@golvirezon.com . Our support team stays live from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT), Monday to Friday. We aim to address player inquiries, booking questions, and payment guidance promptly during these operating hours.

7. Website Usage and Intellectual Property

All textual content, graphic designs, logos, software elements, and visual interfaces displayed on the Golvirezon website belong exclusively to Golvirezon or its content providers. Players are granted a limited license to view and use the website strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any part of this website without explicit written permission is prohibited.

8. Statutory Rights and Applicable Regulations

These terms are drafted in accordance with the legal regulations of Hong Kong. Nothing in these provisions limits consumer protections provided under local legislation, including:

Golvirezon delivers services with standard professional competence. If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable under Hong Kong law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Policy Revisions and General Provisions

Golvirezon reserves the right to update these terms whenever necessary. Players should review this document periodically.
